- I/We understand that confirmation of payment validates application.
- I/We understand that there shall be NO REFUND of any payment made after 48hours of initiating this transaction.
- I/We understand that when there is a change in any vital information supplied in the form, the company will be notified with verifiable evidence.
- I/We understand that allocation of plots shall be done by the company and shall be based on first come ,first serve basis and on availability.
- I/We understand that all records of payment and other related documents would be kept as it would serve as proof should there be any dispute regarding payments.
- I/We understand that any monthly default shall attract 20% of monthly instalment within the agreed duration of payment.
- I/We understand that my/our inability or failure to pay for 6 months consecutively means that the total agreed payment will be reviewed and subject to the prevailing market price at the time.
- I/We understand that reducing the subscribed number of plots after this transaction has been initiated is prohibited.
- I/We understand that there shall be no conversion of any amount paid in buying any of our other products.
- I/We understand that failure to fulfil the original investment objective would mean re-allocation.
- I/We understand that all payment shall be made into our designated bank account in cash, cheque/draft, etc. on or before the last day of each month.
- I/We agree that only payment(s) accomplished with proof(s) of deposit/transfer will get acknowledgement.
- I/We agree that actual allocation of land is subject to completion of payment in line with advertised period and agreed terms and conditions.
- I/We agree that the cost of documentation and development levy shall be on a separate payment structure.
- I agree to the above terms and conditions as the guide to this transaction and accept them.
