Terms and Conditons
  1. All investors shall abide by the terms and conditions governing this investment which begins with filling the application form and signing appropriately.
  2. The investor shall be entitled to a Deed of Agreement and receipt of payment.
  3. Whenever there’s a change in any vital document supplied on this form, the investor shall notify the company as soon as possible.
  4. Investors shall make payment either in cash to the designated bank accounts or in cheques/drafts or bank tellers to our corporate office.
  5. Where maturity date falls on a weekend or a public holiday, such payment would be made before the end of the next work day.
  6. Investment funds can be paid across 3 months and ROI shall only begin to read upon completion of payment and submission of application form.
  7. Investors shall get 100% refund if this investment is cancelled within 5 days.
  8. Upon liquidation, total interest shall be subject to 10% withholding tax as stipulated by the Federal Government of Nigeria tax law
  9. Investment deposit must remain for a minimum period of 4 months for the 6 months duration, 6 months for the 12 months duration, 12 months for the 18 months duration, or 18 months for the 24 months duration respectively before termination or premature withdrawal. Please note that the Investor shall give at least 45 working days’ notice to the company before applying for such premature withdrawal and shall also forfeit the promised ROI and 20% administrative charge shall apply on the investment funds.
  10. The fund managers (herein referred to as the company) possess the discretionary authority in deciding application of invested funds; However investment is guaranteed by real estate.

  12. Return on investment cannot be renegotiated before the end of maturity period once signed off
  13. At maturity, payment would be made to the named investor as it appears on the application form. If he/she is deceased, payment shall be made to the next of kin. Where an investor dies without advising the company on the next of kin and without a will, the spouse or children or parents or siblings will in that order be treated as beneficiaries.
  14. Extra value of a plot of land applies to Platinum & Diamond Options which are Starter plot (324sqm) and Classic plot (648sqm) respectively at Maxville Estate, Ofada Owode.
  15. Investors are advised to keep records of payment and other related documents as it will serve as proof should there be disputes regarding deposits.
